Zoom

Create and join Zoom meetings with a single tap directly from Calendar 366

Adding your Zoom account

Connect your Zoom account to Calendar 366 so you can create and manage Zoom meetings directly from the app.

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Click Add (+) and select Zoom Meetings from the list of providers.
  3. A browser window opens. Sign in to your Zoom account and grant Calendar 366 the requested permissions.
  4. Once authorized, your Zoom account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Adding Zoom Meetings

When creating a new event, you can attach a Zoom meeting to it in just a few steps.

  1. Create or edit an event in Calendar 366.
  2. In the calendar picker, choose the Meetings calendar that belongs to your Zoom account.
  3. The Video Meeting switch appears and is automatically turned on — it cannot be disabled for this calendar.
  4. Save the event. Calendar 366 creates a Zoom meeting with a randomly generated password and attaches the join link to the event.

Removing your Zoom account

You can disconnect your Zoom account from Calendar 366 at any time. Once removed, the app no longer has access to your Zoom account and all locally stored data is deleted.

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Swipe left on your Zoom account and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Select your Zoom account in the list.
  3. Click the button below the account list.
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted.
Also revoke access in the Zoom App Marketplace
To fully disconnect Calendar 366 from your Zoom account, remove the app from your Zoom profile as well:
  1. Log in to your Zoom account and open the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage → Installed Apps, or search for Calendar 366.
  3. Click on the Calendar 366 app listing.
  4. Click Uninstall and confirm.

Getting Started

Setting up Calendar 366 only takes a moment. When you first launch the app, it will ask for a few permissions to give you the full experience.

Calendars
Calendar 366 needs access to your calendars to display, create, and modify events.
Reminders
Calendar 366 needs access to your reminders to display, create, and modify tasks.
Contacts
Calendar 366 needs access to your contacts to suggest contact addresses while searching for locations and email addresses while adding invitees.
Location
Calendar 366 requires access to your location to show local weather details, help you find locations more easily, and enable Time to Leave notifications that remind you when to depart for your events.
Changing permissions later
You can review and change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Connect your accounts

Beyond the built-in system calendars and reminders, Calendar 366 supports a wide range of additional account types. You can connect them under Settings → Accounts.

  • iCloud — calendars and events (tasks not supported by Apple)

Add Event / Task

Tap the + button to create a new event or task. The available fields depend on what your calendar or list account supports — common fields include title, date & time, location, notes, alerts, and recurrence.

Natural Language Input

Instead of filling in fields manually, you can just type what you want in plain language. Calendar 366 parses the input and fills in the details automatically.

Events

  • Meeting with Alex tomorrow 10am /Work
    Creates an event tomorrow at 10am in calendar "Work"
  • Lunch with Sarah Friday 12:30 Café Central
    Creates an event on Friday at 12:30 with location

System

Access calendars and reminders from Apple's built-in Calendar and Reminders apps

Calendar 366 requests access to your system calendars and reminders on first launch. No account setup is required — permissions are managed directly in your device settings.

Changing permissions

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to Apps → Calendar 366.
  3. Toggle access for Calendars and Reminders as needed.

On Mac

  1. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
  2. Click Calendars or Reminders.
  3. Toggle access for Calendar 366 as needed.

iCloud

Sync your iCloud calendars and events directly in Calendar 366

Reminders (tasks) are not supported by Apple via CalDAV. To access Reminders, use the System integration instead.

Adding your iCloud account

iCloud uses a standard CalDAV login with your Apple ID and an app-specific password.

App-specific password required
You need to enable two-factor authentication and generate an app-specific password to log in to iCloud.
  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select iCloud from the list of providers.
  3. Enter your Apple ID and the app-specific password you generated.
  4. Once authorized, your iCloud account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Removing your iCloud account

You can disconnect your iCloud account from Calendar 366 at any time. Once removed, the app no longer has access to your data and all locally stored data is deleted.

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Swipe left on your iCloud account and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Select your iCloud account in the list.

Google

Sync your Google calendars, events, and tasks directly in Calendar 366

Adding your Google account

Connect your Google account to Calendar 366 to access your calendars, events, and tasks directly in the app.

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select Google from the list of providers.
  3. A browser window opens. Sign in to your Google account and grant Calendar 366 the requested permissions.
  4. Once authorized, your Google account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Outlook

Sync your Outlook calendars, events, and to-dos directly in Calendar 366

Adding your Outlook account

Connect your Outlook account to Calendar 366 to access your calendars and events directly in the app.

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select Outlook from the list of providers.
  3. A browser window opens. Sign in to your Microsoft account and grant Calendar 366 the requested permissions.
  4. Once authorized, your Outlook account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Removing your Outlook account

You can disconnect your Outlook account from Calendar 366 at any time. Once removed, the app no longer has access to your data and all locally stored data is deleted.

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Swipe left on your Outlook account and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Select your Outlook account in the list.
  3. Click the button below the account list.
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted.
Also revoke access in your Microsoft account
To fully disconnect Calendar 366, remove its permissions from your Microsoft account as well:
  1. Go to account.live.com/consent/manage.
  2. Find Calendar 366 and click Edit.
  3. Click Remove these permissions.

Microsoft 365

Sync your Microsoft 365 calendars, events, and to-dos directly in Calendar 366

Adding your Microsoft 365 account

Connect your Microsoft 365 account to Calendar 366 to access your calendars and events directly in the app.

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select Microsoft 365 from the list of providers.
  3. A browser window opens. Sign in to your Microsoft account and grant Calendar 366 the requested permissions.
  4. Once authorized, your Microsoft 365 account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Removing your Microsoft 365 account

You can disconnect your Microsoft 365 account from Calendar 366 at any time. Once removed, the app no longer has access to your data and all locally stored data is deleted.

On iPhone / iPad

  2. Swipe left on your Microsoft 365 account and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

Also revoke access in your Microsoft account
To fully disconnect Calendar 366, remove its permissions from your Microsoft account as well:
  1. Go to account.live.com/consent/manage.
  2. Find Calendar 366 and click Edit.
  3. Click Remove these permissions.

Organization Admins

If your organization restricts third-party app access, an admin must authorize Calendar 366 before users can connect their accounts.

Requested permissions

User.ReadRead your profile — used only to retrieve your email address for account management.
Calendars.ReadWriteRead and write your calendars and events.
Calendars.ReadWrite.SharedRead and write calendars and events shared with you.
Tasks.ReadWriteRead and write your tasks and to-do lists.
Tasks.ReadWrite.SharedRead and write tasks shared with you.

Todoist

Sync your Todoist tasks and projects directly in Calendar 366

Adding your Todoist account

Connect your Todoist account to Calendar 366 to sync your tasks and projects directly in the app.

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select Todoist from the list of providers.
  3. A browser window opens. Sign in to your Todoist account and grant Calendar 366 the requested permissions.
  4. Once authorized, your Todoist account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Removing your Todoist account

You can disconnect your Todoist account from Calendar 366 at any time. Once removed, the app no longer has access to your Todoist data and all locally stored data is deleted.

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Swipe left on your Todoist account and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Select your Todoist account in the list.
  3. Click the button below the account list.
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted.
Also revoke access in Todoist
To fully disconnect Calendar 366 from your Todoist account, remove the app in the Todoist settings as well:
  1. Go to app.todoist.com and open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find and open Calendar 366.
  3. Click Remove.

Fastmail

Sync calendars and events from your Fastmail account via OAuth

Adding your Fastmail account

Calendar 366 connects to Fastmail using OAuth — no password is required. You will be redirected to Fastmail's website to authorize access.

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select Fastmail from the list of providers.
  3. You will be redirected to Fastmail's website. Sign in and grant Calendar 366 access.
  4. Once authorized, the account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Removing your Fastmail account

You can disconnect your Fastmail account from Calendar 366 at any time. Once removed, the app no longer has access to your data and all locally stored data is deleted.

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Swipe left on the account and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Select the account in the list.
  3. Click the button below the account list.
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted.
Also revoke access in Fastmail
To fully disconnect Calendar 366 from your Fastmail account, remove the app in the Fastmail settings as well:
  1. Go to app.fastmail.com and open Settings → Privacy & Security → Connected Apps.
  2. Select Calendar 366.
  3. Click Remove access.

CalDAV

Sync calendars, events, and tasks from any CalDAV-compatible server

Adding a CalDAV account

To connect a CalDAV account you need your login credentials and, in some cases, the server address. Calendar 366 will try to auto-detect the server based on your email address — if that fails, you can find the details in your provider's settings.

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select CalDAV from the list of providers.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. If the server is not detected automatically, enter it in the Server field. Include the port if required — for example: https://example.com:8443
  5. Tap Sign In. Once connected, the account appears in the Accounts list and is ready to use.

Removing a CalDAV account

You can disconnect a CalDAV account from Calendar 366 at any time. Once removed, the app no longer has access to your data and all locally stored data is deleted.

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Swipe left on the account and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Select the account in the list.
  3. Click the button below the account list.
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Subscriptions

Subscribe to read-only calendars from any .ics URL

Adding a subscription

  1. Open Calendar 366 and go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Tap Add (+) and select Subscription from the list of providers.
  3. Paste the .ics URL of the calendar you want to subscribe to.
  4. Tap Prepare. Calendar 366 will fetch and validate the calendar.
  5. Once the calendar is ready, set your options:
    • Name — the display name for the subscription
    • Color — the calendar color
    • Remove Alerts — strip any alerts included in the feed
    • Remove Attachments — strip any attachments included in the feed
    • Refresh Interval — how often Calendar 366 checks for updates
  6. Tap Add to save the subscription.

Removing a subscription

On iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Swipe left on the subscription and tap Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

On Mac

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Select the subscription in the list.
  3. Click the button below the account list.
  4. Confirm the removal when prompted.

General

Basic app behavior, regional preferences, and default map app.

Fixed Time Zone
Enable to display all times in a fixed time zone. Otherwise, the time zone settings of your device will be used.
First Day of Week
Choose which day the week starts on in all calendar views.
Highlight Weekends
Visually distinguish Saturday and Sunday from weekdays.
Show Calendar Weeks
Display week numbers alongside the calendar. Choose from:
  • No — week numbers are hidden
  • System — follows your device locale
  • ISO 8601 — weeks start on Monday, week 1 contains the first Thursday of the year
  • Gregorian — weeks start on the first day of the year
Day Starts At
Set the start of the visible time range in the Week and Day views.
Day Ends At
Set the end of the visible time range in the Week and Day views.
Open Locations
Choose which maps app is used when opening an event location. Supported apps:
  • Apple Maps
  • Google Maps
  • HERE WeGo
  • Waze
  • Organic Maps
  • maps.me
  • TomTom Go
  • Magic Earth
  • Sygic

Accounts

Manage all your connected accounts. Each account provides calendars, tasks, or both depending on the service.

Adding an account

Tap the + button to add a new account. See the Integrations section for setup instructions for each provider.

Removing an account

On iPhone / iPad — swipe left on the account and tap Delete, then confirm.
On Mac — select the account and click the button below the list, then confirm.

Account options

Select an account to view and edit its options.

Enabled
Turn the account on or off. When disabled, its calendars and tasks are hidden throughout the app but the account remains connected.
Title
Customize the display name of the account.
Refresh Interval
How often Calendar 366 checks the server for new data.
Reset Sync Data
Deletes all locally stored data for this account and re-fetches everything from the server. Use this only if something is out of sync and other steps have not resolved the issue.
Use with caution
All local data for this account will be deleted and re-downloaded. This may take a moment depending on the amount of data.

Calendar Sets

Define groups of calendars and lists to switch between instantly — separate work from personal, or focus on specific projects.

Adding and removing sets

Tap the + button to create a new set.
On iPhone / iPad — swipe left on a set and tap Delete, then confirm.
On Mac — select the set and click the button below the list, then confirm.

Set options

Select a set to configure it.

Calendars & Lists
Choose which calendars and task lists are visible when this set is active. Only the selected items will appear throughout the app.
Title
The display name of the calendar set.
Color
A color to identify the set at a glance.
Default Calendar
The calendar used when creating a new event within this set. Choose Last Used to automatically use the most recently selected calendar, or pick a fixed calendar.
Default List
The task list used when creating a new task within this set.
Show Anniversaries from Contacts
When enabled, Calendar 366 reads birthdays and anniversaries directly from your contacts and displays them in this set.

Categories

Color labels for events and tasks. Each category has a title and a color.

Adding and removing categories

Tap the + button to create a new category.
On iPhone / iPad — swipe left on a category and tap Delete.
On Mac — select the category and click the button below the list.

Provider support

System & CalDAV & iCloud & Fastmail
Categories defined here can be freely assigned to events and tasks.
Outlook & Microsoft 365
Categories are fetched from your account and displayed as-is. They cannot be modified through the app.
Google
Categories are fetched from your account and displayed as-is. They cannot be modified through the app.
Todoist
Todoist labels are fetched from your account and used as categories. They cannot be modified through the app.

Notifications

Configure alerts, sounds, and time-to-leave calculation.

Alerts
Choose which calendars and lists trigger notifications. Select Current Calendar Set to only receive alerts from the calendars visible in the active set, or pick a specific set — including the built-in All Calendars set to always receive alerts from every calendar regardless of the active set.
Sound (Events)
The notification sound played for event alerts.
Sound (Tasks)
The notification sound played for task reminders.
All-Day Alert Time
The time of day at which alerts for all-day events are delivered.
Default Travel Mode
The mode of transport used to calculate time-to-leave for events with a location. Choose from Car, Bike, or Walk. For CalDAV events this can be set individually per event — if not set, this default applies.

View

Configure the behavior and layout of each calendar view.

Year

Scroll Direction
Choose between Vertical (scroll) and Horizontal (swipe) navigation.

Month

Layout
  • Vertical – Continuous — months flow into each other while scrolling
  • Vertical – Separated — one month at a time; days from adjacent months are hidden
  • Horizontal — swipe between months
Number of Weeks
Applies to vertical layouts. Set how many weeks are visible at once.

Layout / Number of Weeks
Identical options to the Month view above.

Agenda

Scroll Direction
Choose between Vertical (scroll) and Horizontal (swipe) navigation.

Week

Start
  • First Day of Week — the week always starts on the configured first day of the week
  • Selected Date — the selected date is always shown first; set the number of visible days between 3 and 14

Lists

Highlight
Choose which events are visually highlighted in the list:
  • No — no highlighting
  • All-Day — all-day events are highlighted
  • All — all events are highlighted
Show Empty Days
When enabled, days without events or tasks are still shown in the list.

Tasks

Display
Controls how tasks appear alongside calendar events:
  • Disabled — tasks are hidden throughout the app and the Tasks button is removed
  • None — tasks are not shown in calendar views but remain accessible via the Tasks screen
  • Pending — only incomplete tasks are shown
  • All — both pending and completed tasks are shown

Edit

Default values applied when creating a new event or task.

Duration
The default duration for new events.
Availability
The default availability status for new events. Choose from Free, Busy, or Tentative. Note that Tentative is only applied if supported by the calendar account.
Alerts
Default alerts added to every new event. Multiple alerts can be configured.
All-Day Alerts
Default alerts added to every new all-day event. Multiple alerts can be configured.
Attachments
Enable this option if your calendar account does not support native attachments. Attachments will be stored securely in the app's iCloud container and linked to your events.

Appearance

Theme, accent colors, and font sizes.

Theme
Choose the color scheme of the app:
  • Automatic — follows your device's light/dark mode setting
  • Automatic (Black) — follows your device setting, but uses pure black instead of dark grey in dark mode
  • Light — always light
  • Dark — always dark
  • Black — always pure black
Accent
Choose a color scheme from a predefined list of combinations. Each accent defines the primary and secondary colors used throughout the app.
Font Size
Adjust the text size independently for each view. Select a value between −4 and +4 relative to the default size.

Weather

Forecast display in calendar views, powered by Apple Weather.

Location
Choose how the weather location is determined:
  • No — weather is disabled
  • System Location — uses your device's current location
  • Custom Location — uses a fixed location you specify
Unit
The temperature unit displayed in the app. Choose from Celsius, Fahrenheit, or Kelvin.

Apple Watch

Settings for the Calendar 366 Watch app. Only available on iPhone.

Hide Expired Events
When enabled, events that have already ended are hidden from the Watch list view.
Show Overdue Tasks
When enabled, tasks past their due date are shown in the Watch list view.
Complications — Hide Started Events
When enabled, events that have already started are hidden from Watch complications.

Menu Bar

Configure the Calendar 366 menu bar app. Only available on Mac.

Shortcut
A global keyboard shortcut to open and close the menu bar window from anywhere on your Mac.
Show Icon
Displays a formatted date image in the menu bar. Choose from 4 styles and customize the format using date format tokens — for example: EEE d. MMM HH:mm.
Show Text
Displays the date as plain text in the menu bar. Uses the same format options as Show Icon, plus a Font option to customize the typeface.
